Are your Emma mattresses genuine and brand new?
Yes. Every Emma mattress we sell is genuine, brand new and unused, supplied in its original packaging. The outer box may show minor marks from storage or transport, which don't affect the mattress inside.
Why are your Emma mattresses cheaper than elsewhere?
We buy genuine overstock and surplus stock from trusted suppliers and pass the saving on to you. It's the same Emma mattress, without the high street price.
What size are the mattresses?
Our Emma mattresses are UK King size, 150 x 200 cm. Please check the measurements of your bed frame or base before ordering.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery to mainland UK is £30, unless a different charge is shown at checkout. Any surcharge is always shown before you pay.
Can I return my mattress?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Mattresses must be returned boxed, rolled and vacuum sealed, and sealed goods may not be returnable once unsealed for hygiene reasons. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Do you offer a sleep trial or warranty?
We don't offer a sleep trial. Any manufacturer's or additional warranty will be clearly stated on the product page or in the supplied documentation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
