Delivered to your door, across mainland UK

Everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives. Your delivery charge is always shown before you pay.

Delivery service and charges

We deliver to mainland UK, subject to postcode, product and carrier restrictions. Standard delivery costs £30, unless a different charge is displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery surcharge will be disclosed before payment.

Delivery times

The usual delivery estimate for eligible in-stock goods is 3-5 working days after order acceptance. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless we expressly agree a specific date. Different lead times may apply to bulky, special-order or unavailable items.

Access and attempted delivery

Standard delivery is to the front door. You must provide an accurate delivery address, a suitable contact number and reasonable access, and ensure that the goods can pass through access routes.

We may charge reasonable, evidenced additional carrier costs arising from an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, failed access or an unsuccessful delivery caused by you, to the extent permitted by law and where disclosed or otherwise recoverable.

Delivery issues

Notify us promptly of any apparent damage, shortage or delivery issue at info@essentialtradesolutions.com, quoting the order number. Photographs and packaging details may assist investigation.

Failure to report within a particular period does not remove statutory rights. Risk passes when the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you.
