Terms & conditions

Terms of sale and website use

The terms that apply when you shop with Mattress & Interiors Co. Please read them alongside our Delivery Policy and Returns Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we expressly accept the order, ordinarily by dispatch confirmation.

We may reject orders before acceptance for stock shortages, payment failure, suspected fraud or genuine pricing or listing errors. Any payment taken for an order we do not accept will be refunded. We may not unilaterally cancel an accepted contract except where permitted by its terms and applicable law.

Products

Product dimensions, materials and other material characteristics are described on the relevant product page. Images are illustrative; variations may occur. You are responsible for checking dimensions, access requirements and compatibility before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and mandatory extras are shown before checkout. Payment is due when indicated at checkout. We may correct genuine errors before accepting an order.

Delivery and ownership

The Delivery Policy forms part of these terms. Ownership passes once payment is received in full, subject to applicable law. Risk passes in accordance with the Delivery Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation and returns

The Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. No voluntary returns, cancellations, exchanges, extended warranties or goodwill refunds are offered unless expressly stated for the product concerned.

Product use and care

You must follow applicable instructions, care guidance, weight limits and safety warnings. We are not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper assembly, inadequate care or normal wear and tear.

Liability

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by matters outside our breach or negligence, or business losses arising from goods bought for personal use. We do not promise goodwill payments or additional compensation beyond legal or express contractual obligations.

Website

All website content is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorised commercial copying, interference with the website, fraudulent activity and misuse are prohibited. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security or to prevent misuse.

Contact info@essentialtradesolutions.com with the order number and relevant details. We may request reasonable information to investigate.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers habitually resident elsewhere in the UK of mandatory protections applicable to them. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.

Changes

Updated terms apply to future orders. The terms applicable when an order was accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is agreed or required by law.
